Its core products are applied in photovoltaic cells, semiconductor wafer bump printing, MLCC, PCBs and other industries. The Hensun Electronics Precision Screen Project was approved in early 2025, located south of Hensun Road and west of Taike Road in Kunshan National High-Tech Zone. The project focuses on the R&D, manufacturing and sales of high-end products including solar cell screens, electronic precision screens, and semiconductor wafer bump printing screens. Products developed under the project include: high-precision masks; precision masks for semiconductor wafer bump printing; 3D structural screens and ultra-fine linewidth screens for printing on semiconductor substrates and photovoltaic cells. The project mainly serves the semiconductor and photovoltaic industries, belonging to strategic emerging industries and encouraged by national and local industrial policies. It extensively adopts automated production lines, plans and constructs workshops to high standards, develops new quality productive forces, and fully realizes the manufacturing of ultra-precision screens. In 2025, the company achieved an output value of over 300 million yuan and tax payment exceeding 52 million yuan.

The investor plans a total investment of 200 million yuan, covering a land area of 20.6 mu, with a newly built workshop area of over 28,000 square meters including Class 100 high-cleanliness workshops. Equipment to be purchased includes high-cleanliness fully automatic cleaning lines and fully automatic sub-nanometer laser machines. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual output of approximately 200,000 pieces of ultra-precision screens and related materials, with an expected newly increased output value of over 300 million yuan and newly increased tax revenue of over 30 million yuan.
