The minimum character line width/line spacing is 0.1mm (4mil) or even better. Some special screens can achieve a line width of 9–10μm, suitable for high-density FPC printing.
Registration accuracy: Alignment error between characters and pads ≤ ±0.075mm, ensuring micron-level registration. The single printing thickness is typically 10–30μm. Excessive thickness tends to cause smearing, while insufficient thickness results in poor adhesion, requiring precise matching of mesh count (250–420 mesh) and emulsion thickness.
